Step one: Add / Remove Program

1. Go to the “Start Menu” on the bottom left of your computer’s screen.

It reinstalls itself.

So I had to manually delete it using FILEASSASSIN and the stubborn desktop.os.dll delete it while in safemode

from C:\Users\OverLord\AppData\Roaming\Yontoo
