Msiexec.exe is deemed as a malicious Trojan which usually covers itself as a legit executable file msiexec.exe. It is created by cyber hooks to confuse users by giving a malicious program the same name of some other legit programs. You should never take it slightly since it is able to reappear after you reboot your computer.
