HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce “5ATIUYW62OUOMNBX256” = “‘C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\786OSH093N512.exe’

I don't get it..do I delete the HKEY files?

I cannot find the regedit listed above. None of them. Also, i cannot find any file or folder or the XY proccesses mentioned above.
Do I get the newest version of this yield.manager.

I'm so tired of this.
